I am a UK-based freelance journalist (NCTJ Level 5) telling human-centred stories about the systems, policies and experiences that shape how we live. I write reported features, interviews and first-person pieces that make complicated things clear and useful.

My work spans social policy, health, inequality, education and culture, often examining the gap between how something is intended to work and how it is experienced by the people affected by it. I aim for clarity and compassion, using language carefully.
